Trials are for eligible new subscribers. After 7 days, your subscription automatically renews at the selected monthly or annual price unless cancelled. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends in Apple Settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a paid period.
Prices shown are in USD for the US. Your App Store price, eligibility and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. Apple purchases use your Apple account; website checkout requires a payment card and website subscriptions are managed in web billing. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Microphone and notifications are optional. AI coaching uses cloud processing, not just your device. Read what’s shared and how to manage your account.

No. Sign in with the email you already use for RunAnalytics. Your account, synced runs and saved training plans come from the same backend as the website. New runners can create an account with an email sign-in link in the app.
Connect your Strava account from the app and authorize access. Run Analytics uses your synced activities for history, insights and coaching. It is not a replacement for the app or watch you use to record runs.
Premium is $7.99/month or $79.99/year in the US, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, your selected subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Local App Store prices, taxes and trial eligibility are shown before confirmation. Existing paid RunAnalytics accounts can sign in without buying a second subscription.
Yes. Cancel anytime through the service where you subscribed. For an Apple trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends to avoid a charge, in Apple Settings → Subscriptions. Website subscriptions are managed in web billing. Cancelling stops future renewal; deleting the app or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
The app’s plan workflow prepares a proposed plan or adjustment for your review. Changes are not saved until you explicitly confirm. Plan-writing access requires eligible coaching access; availability may be limited during rollout.
You need an internet connection for sign-in, syncing, AI chat and voice, and saving plan changes. The iPad app has a larger native layout, not a stretched mobile webpage.
